UPGRADES and INCLUDED ITEMS: extended hull, increased hydraulic capacity, hell's bay professional, new engine on the rib, upgraded and heavier on the Davit winch ,Trailers for both boats, two ocean kayaks , more deck refrigerator and freezer coolers, spare parts for everything and I mean everything, all necessary equipment for maintenance, tools , great fly rods and reels, offshore fishing equipment. Extremely well taken care of beyond what most people do on their boats. Replaced bottom paint and repaint every two years. Cleaned once a month at the marina. Arcadia is one of a kind.

ENTERTAINMENT:

Upgraded Fusion sound system (February 2024) to a Fusion Apollo 770 receiver and a Fusion MS-NRX300 remote at the helm to take advantage of the capabilities and connectivity of the newer system.

Added KVH sat equipment for TV, internet and phone service. The current Antennas are KVH, TV5 and V3HTS. Starlink added (February 2024) to the system with KVH. TV5 or V3HTS remain intact and come with the vessel.

UPGRADES TO AQUILA 48:

- Replaced AC chillers with two new Domestic chillers. (Feb 2024)

- Replaced all of the exterior seat cushions and the sun pad for the forward bridge and cushions for the forward seating area. A new Sunbrella sun pad cover was also part of that upgrade. The sun pad was also modified from the original configuration to one that breaks down for easy storage inside the boat when not in use. The cushions are stored inside the vessel when it is not underway keeping them in like new condition. (March 2021)

- Replaced the full Sunbrella enclosure on the bridge deck and the forward seating area. (March 2023)

- Replaced all 10 of the UW lights around the stern with new Lumitec SeaBlaze X2 full color spectrum lights. (August 2023)

- Two large Frigid Rigid 12 volt freezers on the bridge deck with seat cushions. Each is 21" H x 21" W x 48" L. Each freezer can hold 10 to 12 10lb bags of ice and or bait or miscellaneous food stores. Roughly 200lbs of ice with room for additional frozen items.

- Large Frigid Rigid ice chest with seat cushion in the forward seating area, 18" H x 18" W x 36" L.

- Original removable table for the forward seating area is available and is stored.

- Three Yeti ice chests at the stern of the boat for cold drinks and storage, one that serves as a dedicated fish box. An Aftco gaff is located directly above the coolers in easy reach for landing a dinner fish or two. The Yeti coolers are 50, 65 and 160 quart and each has a Seadek pad on top.

- Seadek added to strategic locations around the boat for safety and comfort.

- Custom cushions added in salon area to both ends of the bench seat.

- The galley table modified to drop down to the seating level and an additional cushion stored in the port side companionway is used to make another sleeping area for additional guests or kids when they are onboard.

- Second faucet added in galley with a pull-down feature to make use of the large basin to the left of the galley sinks for rinsing or washing large items.

- Four custom teak wood rod racks made that are on both sides of the boat in the salon. They are mounted under the AC air handlers. One rack is dedicated to fly fishing gear while the other three are for spinning and offshore outfits. An arsenal of fishing rods which will be included with the vessel are stored safely out of the way and easily accessible when needed.

- Extensive inventory of spares for just about everything on the vessel.
