What You’ll Do:

As a Marine Service Technician at MarineMax, you’ll play a vital role in keeping boats running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day work will involve diagnosing and repairing a wide range of marine engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. From troubleshooting mechanical issues to replacing engine components, you’ll put your expertise to work ensuring every vessel is in top condition.

You’ll also handle installation and maintenance tasks, such as diagnosing boat systems, replacing faulty boat systems components, and adding accessories like radios, radar, glass dashes, depth finders and Power Poles. Working closely with customers and service advisors, you’ll provide clear recommendations for repairs, perform warranty service to manufacturer standards, and even take boats out for diagnostic water testing.
