MarineMax Receives Multiple CSI Wins
Numerous boat manufactures that MarineMax represents won awards for the Marine Industry Customer Service Satisfaction Index (CSI) during the Discover Boating® Miami Boat Show® on February 17, 2022. The winners were announced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), and the following eight brands sold by MarineMax out of the 57 entrants were announced as winners under the categories below:

CSI scores represents an excellent customer service satisfaction rate overall and indicates the companies’ efforts to continuously improve their products and service to better serve consumers within the boating community. The prestigious awards issued for high CSI scores are a challenge to acquire; however, with the right components, it is certainly possible.
