Reason to Celebrate: 35 Years in the Boating Industry

NEW YORK, NY (January 23, 2020) – Larry Russo, Jr. celebrated his 35th Anniversary on Wednesday, January 22, at the opening of the 2020 Progressive New York Boat Show at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. 
 
Larry Russo, Jr. was born into the marine industry working at his family’s boat dealership, previously known as Russo Marine. Throughout the years, he worked in all facets of the boating business – in the yard, service, parts, sales, accounting, and management. He graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in finance and economics. In 2017, MarineMax promoted Larry Russo, Jr. to Regional President of the Northeast (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York). This weekend, he leads his team into the biggest boat show in the Northeast, representing top brands like Boston Whaler and Sea Ray.
