Steve Mandarino, Senior Business Manager, has been instrumental in the success of MarineMax’s Business Manager team. His leadership and mentorship have directly contributed to significant growth in finance & insurance (F&I) profitability. Steve’s ability to empower his team of over 20 Business Managers across multiple locations has been key to MarineMax’s operational success. With over 22 years in the marine industry, Steve’s expertise also extends to logistics and safety, and he continues to drive innovation within the company.
James Sullivan, Director of Inventory Management, has been pivotal in optimizing MarineMax’s inventory management system, particularly during the challenges of the pandemic. His efforts ensured timely boat deliveries while managing supply chain disruptions and meeting customer expectations. James has also played a key role in improving operational processes, building strong relationships with manufacturers, and contributing to MarineMax’s community outreach efforts.
