Events might look a little different this year, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Look forward to these Getaways! ® and events where we’ll celebrate the boating lifestyle in a safe manner.

MarineMax Getaways! are exclusive events that invite our customers to unite with friends and family on the water. Getaways! are often planned by a local MarineMax and are crafted to take advantage of the regional attractions and destinations. These excursions range from day-trips at dockside restaurants to weekends at a resort marina. Even weeks-long Getaways! are planned by MarineMax stores.

This year, Getaways! will be designed to allow participants to practice safe social distancing. On your own personal boat, you can feel safe and secure while exploring new waterways. One such Getaway! is the MarineMax Clearwater trip to the Pink Shell Resort & Marina in Fort Myers. With beaches, pools, and dining, this resort has everything you need to enjoy a weekend away.

Another weekend trip in beautiful south Florida is the MarineMax Fort Myers trip to Useppa Island Club over Kentucky Derby weekend. This themed weekend has an itinerary filled with much relaxation and time to enjoy the unique location.

Our northeast MarineMax locations will have your calendars booked this spring and summer. One such Getaway! is the “staycation” at the Harbor East Marina in the heart of Baltimore with the MarineMax Maryland store.

In addition to MarineMax Getaways!, we also love hosting classes and seminars, VIP docktails, and will participate in our brands’ owners only rendezvous (check out our co-hosted upcoming Galeon Rendezvous March 4 – 7 in Key West, Florida).
Plus, with most boat shows cancelled or postponed, we're hosting more private, zero-crowd showcases at our stores. These events also have an online component where you can shop from the comfort of your home. Stay up to date on MarineMax.com.

One such event is the MarineMax Step Aboard Luxury showcase hosted by the MarineMax stores in the Texas region. For those in the region looking for the perfect yacht, this is an excellent opportunity to get a closer look at your dream vessel either in-store or online.

Looking to sharpen your wakesurf skills? Check out the Wake & Waffles event hosted by our MarineMax Missouri stores. In a fun, relaxed environment, sharpen your skills or learn to wakesurf and wakeboard with MarineMax while riding behind a Nautique G series boat. Lessons are provided free of charge. All ages and level of riders welcome. After a morning of shredding, the crew will head back to docks for breakfast on the patio.
