Justin Lindhorst

Justin's journey with MarineMax began in 2013, following three eventful years in the Cayman Islands, where he successfully managed a catamaran charter company. His time in the Caribbean not only led him to his wife Tiffany, who owns a veterinary practice in Largo but also honed his exceptional relationship-building skills. Justin's passion for guiding families through their boating adventures has been a hallmark of his tenure at MarineMax. His dedication and expertise have been recognized with the prestigious Chairmen’s Circle award, a testament to his professional achievements.
 
Justin hails from East London, South Africa, fondly known as 'The Wild Coast.' Growing up, he immersed himself in his father’s boat shop, learning everything from boat maintenance and engine repair to fishing and powerboat racing. His father, Tony, established his own boat dealership in 1972 and continues to influence lives in the boating community. Justin inherited his father’s passion for putting families on the water, starting his sales career at 18. Over the past 25 years, selling boats has remained Justin’s steadfast passion, enriched by the industry’s ability to foster connections, facilitate global travel, and create unforgettable experiences.
 
Beyond his professional life, Justin enjoys fishing, boating, traveling, foil boarding, and competitive pickleball.
