Tyler’s love for the water began as a kid growing up in Connecticut, enjoying Long Island Sound along with the many inland lakes and rivers. Boating was a way to bring the family together and help create lasting memories!  Even as a kid he always knew he wanted to eventually make it to Ft. Lauderdale, the Yachting Capital of the World!  After graduating College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and working in outside sales for 4 years, his dream became a reality in 2000 when he made the move to sunny South Florida. First order of business was to get his Captain’s License (100-Ton Masters) and Dive Master Certification to compliment his sales background. The next task was to get in with a reputable boat company and MarineMax Pompano was the perfect fit. He has been with MarineMax in Pompano since 2001 and has enjoyed much success throughout the years with several Top Gun and Chairman’s Circle awards. MarineMax has given Tyler the opportunity to represent many premium brands specializing in Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Galeon, Azimut, and Ocean Alexander. Tyler is also a licensed Florida Yacht Broker and is an active member of the IYBA (International Yacht Brokers Association). Tyler’s focus has always been on developing lasting relationships with his clients and keeping their post-delivery boating experience positive. He has found the best way to achieve this is by keeping them involved with Getaways!®, Captains Courses, and other events that further their boating enjoyment. To this day, Tyler continues to enjoy the South Florida boating lifestyle with his wife Kelli and daughter Raegan. They have enjoyed several family boats over the years from sport cruisers to center consoles and runabouts.  Having a passion for what you love to do will always reflect in your success.
